Ds-x2 published some boxart images from some games wich are launching on the next few months including Super Princess Peach and Final Fantasy IV for the gba.

So you´ve been waiting forever for another Earthbound game? probably not but if you have, well, it looks like you won´t have to wait for long. Cub3d is reporting that Shigesato Itoi, creator of the series has confirmed the game wich would be launching on the GBA/GBM on early 2006.

Nintendo of Japan has launched the official pokemon mysterious dungeon minisite. There´s not a lot to see, just a few screenshots wich you probably have already seen if you´ve been following this game and some artwork.
If you are like me and don´t know japanese, check out the translation of the information page, as usual, this is not a great translation but it can give you a general idea of what the game is about.
A Game boy micro special edition will be launched on November 17th, at least on Japan, as you can see in the picture, this micro will feature pikachu right above the main buttons, it´s not as cool as the n64 pikachu edition but i´m sure a lot of pokémon fans will be getting it.
I´ts been a month since the gbm launched in Japan and over 200,000 have been sold, this are great news for Nintendo considering that they are actually selling a new version of a pretty old but still fun console.
It is unknown if the pikachu edition micro will be released on the US.

Wow, that´s too much pink. 1up has the new Game boy micro commercial wich will start airing soon and looks like Nintendo has a well defined strategy: they want to attract non-gamers, that includes girls, adults and some other people you wouldn´t usually imagine playing videogames.

SNK announced this weekend that they are porting four Metal Slug games to the Game Boy Advance / Game Boy Micro. Metal Slug 1, 2, 3 and X will probable be launched in the next few months but no official date was given except they are remakes of the arcade versions of this popular 2d shooter.
I´m not a fan of this kind of old-game ports to the handhelds stuff but Metal Slug sounds like a fun game to play in the Micro. It would´ve been great to get an original game tough.

We all love the old school rpg´s and Square-Enix knows it, the company has announced a Final Fantasy IV revamp for the GBA / Game Boy Micro. The game will feature the classic adventure with some fresh characters and skills and it might be launched as soon as December 12th.
Do you want to know what´s inside the game boy micro but you don´t want to waste $99? well, PC Watch did the job for you and shows us the circuits of the Micro. The article is in japanese but features a lot of pictures of a poor Famicom edition micro from the inside. The Game boy micros will be realeased on September 19th in the US.
I´m not sure exactly why but it seems that the 8-bit consoles are cool these days. Nintendo has revealed a new Famicom themed design for the Game Boy Micro, this one will also be available on September 13th along with the other colors.
I have bad and good news for you. The bad news is the Famicom Micro will only be available in Japan, the good news is Micros don´t have region issues, you can import one and it´ll play your games with no problem.
