Check out this awesome Mario themed cake and Link shield ice sculpture. These pieces of art were created for Cory Stockton´s wedding. Cory is a Blizzard developer and since his only involvement with the wedding plans were these two things he decided to make them gaming related.

He also named the tables inspired on consoles, from the NES to the Wii.

I love Worth 1000’s photoshop contests beacuse they always provide us with cool pics to post about. This time they are running a contest called Nautical Insanity where the contestants have to “make a boat out of anything” and a NES is not the exception.

Check out this really cool Mario Bros speakers inspired in the good ol´ NES Mario games. Wouldn´t be great to plug your mp3 player and listen to your tunes with them?. It´s a shame they are not for sale.

Check out the StarGame 64, this guitar / n64 controller was designed by Robin Wilson, lead singer of a group called Gin Blossoms and columnist for the Official US Playstation Magazine. This guitar is perfect if you just can´t separate your wanna-be rockstar dreams from your gaming.

6.- Single Parent Rule
RPG characters with two living parents are almost unheard of. As a general rule, male characters will only have a mother, and female characters will only have a father. The missing parent either vanished mysteriously and traumatically several years ago or is never referred to at all. Frequently the main character’s surviving parent will also meet an awkward end just after the story begins, thus freeing him of inconvenient filial obligations.

18.- Crono’s Complaint
The less the main character talks, the more words are put into his mouth, and therefore the more trouble he gets into through no fault of his own.

21.- Aeris’s Corollary
Just as the main male character will always use a sword or a variant of a sword, the main female character will always use a rod or a staff of some sort.
